The annual District Convention is a time for Kiwanis members to come together in fellowship, education, and to handle the business of the District which includes electing leadership and voting on other matters.

Kiwanis District Convention and Aktion Club Leadership & Education Day will come together as the biggest Ohio District Kiwanis Family event of the year.
The 2026-2027 District Board will be installed immediately following the conclusion of the Foundation’s Annual Meeting and DCON closing session. There is no additional cost to attend and all District Convention attendees are encouraged to show their support at this event.
On Saturday, August 15th, Opening Session and the Kiwanis Family Luncheon will welcome all attendees of both events – giving Kiwanians and our Service Leadership Programs a chance to engage in meaningful fellowship. Separate education sessions will be offered to meet the varying needs of Kiwanians and Aktion Clubbers, but attendees have the freedom to attend the sessions that best fit their interests. The official event program will include all workshops for a truly integrated experience.
If you are a Kiwanian (even if you are also an Aktion Club Advisor), Circle K Member, Key Club Member, or guest who plans to attend District Convention Activities (including, but not limited to Friday Activities, House of Delegates, and Sunday Activities) please click the “Register for Kiwanis District Convention” button.

We are pleased to offer accommodations at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville hotel for convenient access to convention activities without ever leaving the hotel. The Renaissance offers a lounge and restaurant to reconnect with Kiwanians from near and far. If you have some spare time before or after the convention, enjoy the convenient location to Polaris Fashion Center, Easton Town Center, Downtown Columbus, and more!
