2025 MYED Sponsorship

Thank you for your commitment to Ohio Kiwanis. Your support for Midyear Education Day is greatly appreciated. Please see the information above for details on your sponsorship benefits and indicate your level of support when checking out below. Please note that if you sponsor at the $500 or $250 levels, you will automatically receive an exhibitor table and 1-2 complimentary registrations depending on your level of support. You will receive a special coupon code for your complimentary registrations after checking out. If you do not wish to have an exhibitor table, please let us know below.

Exhibitors at MYED 2025

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at MYED 2025. All display tables will be at least five-feet long and assigned on a first come, first served basis to Kiwanians up to the deadline date of February 28, 2025. Requests received after that time will be on a first come, first served basis by date of receipt.

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED USING THE FORM BELOW

• Club, District Chair, or nonprofit organization may request a table at no cost.
• Any club selling merchandise as a means of a fundraiser needs to pay $25/table to offset the expense of the display space.
• Commercial exhibitor requests are $50/table.
• Display units may be set up Saturday morning March 15, 2025 and should be in place by 8:00 a.m. They must be removed by 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
• Exhibitors must be registered as attendees using the registration page.
• Exhibitors are asked to provide give-aways, individually packaged snacks or other items for attendees. We estimate 200 in attendance.
• Please bring at least one item or a gift basket or gift certificate for our closing celebration door prize give away.
