*Key Club Members, chaperones, and advisors are all considered attendees and are subject to the registration rates listed above.

*note: when filling out the Excel Spreadsheet found below, please select “before 2/3” for the box titled “When are you submitting this form?” This will ensure that late fees are accurately waived due to the school closure deadline extension.

Registration Instructions

STEP 1: Please download the Excel Sheet below and complete it with all information before moving on to any other steps. Save the file to your computer so that you can save it and come back to it. You do not need to complete it all in one sitting.

You will need the following information about all DLC attendees:

• First & Last Name
• Gender (for rooming purposes)
• T-Shirt Size
• Office Held (if applicable, for Key Club Members)
• Key Club Name (for Key Club Members)
• Kiwanis Club Name (if applicable, for adult Kiwanis Members)
• Key Club Division
• Dietary Restrictions/Food Allergies

STEP 2: Please complete the form below. This must be completed in one session, as you cannot save and come back to it. You will need to upload the completed Excel Sheet from Step 1, and submit payment if you are paying by credit or debit card.
